Bonus Terms
After opening an account, uubd1 automatically adds a 120% welcome bonus on your very first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and you get a ৳1,200 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,200. No separate code is needed to receive the bonus — just complete your first deposit.
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times, and it is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposited amount. For example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you need to place ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.
No. The welcome bonus applies only once per player. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is against uubd1's policy. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and the bonus will be cancelled.
Yes, you can cancel an active bonus if you wish. However, cancelling a bonus will also cancel any winnings earned from that bonus. If you inform the support team about cancelling a bonus, they will help you with the steps and may offer alternative advice.
The bonus is capped at ৳20,000. To receive it at the 120% rate, you need to deposit at least ৳16,667. Even if you deposit more — for example, a ৳34,000 deposit gives a bonus of ৳20,000 and a total balance of ৳54,000 — the bonus will not exceed ৳20,000.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals must be made to a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your own name, or to your own bank account. Withdrawal requests to someone else's account are not processed — this is a rule to ensure security.
Withdrawal requests are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. For bank transfers, the bank's own processing time may be added. If you have not received your funds after the expected time, notify the support team and they will resolve it quickly.
Yes, winnings earned from a bonus are withdrawable once the wagering requirement is met. Keep in mind that you must complete bets worth 15 times the bonus amount before withdrawing those winnings. If you attempt to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, the system will block it.
