Welcome to the uubd1 platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between uubd1 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user ("you", "member"). By registering on this platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms. Account Registration & Security

The information you provide at registration must be accurate. It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password confidential and not share it with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

  • Each member may only operate an account on their own behalf.
  • Operating an account on behalf of someone else or using funds from a third party is prohibited.
  • uubd1 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, particularly in cases of a breach of these Terms.

Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the uubd1 platform:

  • bKash — Mobile Banking
  • Nagad — Mobile Banking
  • Rocket — Mobile Banking
  • Bank Transfer — Major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method. There is no maximum deposit limit, however verification may be required depending on the amount. Deposited funds must come from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from uubd1:

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process.
  • Funds will only be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
  • Withdrawals may be held if account verification is not completed.
uubd1 reserves the right to suspend or cancel a withdrawal request if fraud or unusual activity is suspected, and may conduct the necessary investigation.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Welcome bonus

A 120% Welcome Bonus is available on your first deposit at uubd1, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Bonus examples:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,200 — total balance ৳2,200
  • Deposit ৳34,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — total balance ৳54,000

To receive this bonus, the bonus option must be active on your first deposit after registration. The bonus can only be claimed once and is non-transferable.

Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement must be completed before the received bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

  • Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
  • The deadline for completing the wagering requirement is stated in the promotion details.
  • Some specific games may contribute at a different rate toward the wagering calculation — contact our support team for details.
  • In cases of a bonus terms violation, uubd1 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.

VIP Program

The uubd1 VIP program has three tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular play:

  • Bronze Tier: Up to 0.5% cashback per week
  • Silver Tier: Up to 1.0% cashback per week
  • Gold Tier: Up to 1.5% cashback per week

Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

Prohibited Activities

uubd1 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Fraud, falsifying information, or operating an account under a false identity.
  • Attempting to exploit loopholes in bonus terms to gain an unfair advantage ("bonus abuse").
  • Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
  • Using software, bots, or automation to play games.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
  • Harassing other members or using inappropriate language.
  • Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.

If any such activity is detected, uubd1 may immediately suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit all balances.

Technical Issues & Errors

If a technical error or software problem produces an abnormal result, uubd1 reserves the right to cancel that transaction. In any dispute over a game round or transaction, the data stored on the server will always be considered final.

uubd1 accepts no legal liability for the following:

  • Loss of a game round due to internet disconnection or technical problems.
  • Losses caused by the member's own negligence or error.
  • Losses caused by the failure of third-party software or services.
  • Service disruption due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

uubd1's maximum liability shall in no circumstances exceed the actual deposit amount held in the member's account.

Right to Change Terms

uubd1 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect from the date they are published on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes is considered acceptance of the new Terms.

For significant changes, uubd1 will endeavor to notify members via their registered email or through a notice on the platform.

  • Content from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, etc.) is protected under their own intellectual property laws.
  • The uubd1 brand name or logo may not be used for any commercial purpose.
